You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that patient samples are handled with care and precision - helping to ensure that results are accurately processed and returned, ultimately contributing to better patient outcomes worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage master data in the different systems (prices, contracts, lead times, transport costs, vendor/material info and event creations,…)
- RFQ and small negotiations with focus on payment terms and total cost of ownership (TCO) supporting our internal customers
- Report on savings and working capital improvements
- Follow up on contracts and renewals
- Creation of PO’s, follow-up and monitor of OnTime/InFull (OTIF) deliveries
- Reception of incoming goods after controlling the goods. In case of deviation, report as event and discuss with internal customer and vendor
- Inventory management: cycle counts, reporting, ethanol reporting to FOD,…
- Supplier evaluations and supplier relationship management
- Check incoming invoices and book in Business Central
- Support accounting team and quality teams
- High school level
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in Dutch; strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Take ownership
